Photography

I started with photography long before I started programming computers. A selection of my photos are on flickr. The ratio of publishable photos to taken photos is astounding and I have a multi-year processing back-log. Recently I also started using instagram, which forces the processing and publication decision.

My main strength is portraits, but I make a decent landscape shot once in a while.

Portraits of Computer Scientists

A project that may be of interest to colleagues is my collection of portraits of computer scientists. Use of my portraits as home page picture is the ultimate validation for the work. (Attribution and link back to the flickr page is appreciated!)
